Very nice wiki site. Here is what I know about part numbers:

J101 is really labelled E1 and E2 on the board. R11 you forgot to put on the schematic. It is some sort of filter/surge suppressor? Looks Like Z170. Pic attached. It connects between pin E1 and E2. 7.5meg something.

D2 is a MDA201G Not sure what the trace labeled +12C is, but nothing like that on my board. the trace goes right from pin 1 of MDA201G to LM2940CT. Q101 is really Q3 and is a LR2703 (could leave off the IR on the front since many mfgs make them) R101 is really R8

D1 is a RB152 C101 is really C2 3300uF 25v U102 is really U2 and it a LM2940CT-12 C102 is really C3 and is a 470uF 16v U102 is really U3 and is a LM78L05ACM pin 1 Vout 5vdc pin 2 gnd pin 3 gnd pin 4 nc pin 5 nc pin 6 gnd pin 7 gnd pin 8 Vin 12vdc C103 is really C7 and is a 470uF 16v C104 is really C6 surface mount

Q102 is really Q2 and is a LR2703 (could leave off the IR on the front since many mfgs make them) R102 is really R9

Q103 is really Q1 and is a MMBT2222A

R9 labeled on pin 13 of the main chip should be R7

For the thermistor I use Digikey part number KC014G-ND

R1, R3, R12 I show as going to pin 14 of the main chip which is also +5v (You show gnd on R3 and R12)

J1 pin1 = blue (pin 17 main chip) J1 pin2 = white (gnd) J1 pin3 = red (+5v) J1 pin4 = black (connected to R2)

For most parts I do have the Digikey part numbers if you need those for your schematic. I have switch and gas valve part numbers as well as nozzle part numbers (you might have this already).
